Facing an issue with my double door fridge
Logged a complaint on sat 23 april :1:18 pm ref [protected]- got a message that the complaint is logged with the engineer for a visit.
Called the no praveen -[protected] and he said has no assigned ticked
Called back on 26 april log no [protected] and they said would send an engineer
Called back on 27 as recd a message saying query resolved and asked them to send the engineer-got a call back [protected] where the executive was casual and giggeling at the concern raised saying that as per her the ticket is closed
Called back the online number [protected] and asked them to send the engineer post which they sent the engineer-who was good
He said that the part is damaged( gas is not rotating) and that will drop the message at the centre for them to call and have the part replaced
There has been no call back and this is the worst experience
After spending 75, 000 for a fridge have to keep my stuff outside in this heat and no concern from you guys
