Samsung India — Power bank & usb hub

There ia a scratch on power bank & usb hub. Usb of power bank is of another company that is mi & there is a rust on usb cable also. Power bank & hub are defective. Usb hub is of 4 port but in my deal it is of 6 port.
No warranty card and bill in my box.
Please take action as soon as possible

3 times i already registered the complaint but there is no response from ur side. Is this ur company providing the service 2 customers.
