[Resolved] Samsung India — problem with samsung #nevermindoffer | |||
Hi, I purchased samsung j7 pro mobile on oct 6th 2017. Unfortunately, my screen got damaged in an accident and we visited samsung service center in bangalore old airport road on 11th october to utilize the #nevermind offer for one time screen replacement. They called us on 16th october and informed that mobile is ready for pick up. Once we visited there, then they informed that the offer is not implemented and till then, they are not giving my phone by saying it is not yet approved by ho office and the customer care is not responding at all.
