[Resolved]  Samsung India — Problem with tv panel

Hi all,

First of all i request everyone not to buy a samsung product...

1) unfortunately i am owing a 48 inches fhd smart led tv. problem with the tv there is a white light on the left bottom side of the panel and i have a made n number of times to samsung cc to resolve the issue but they are refusing to take this as issue they are telling 48 inches will be like that only, below are the service request which i have made.

The only resolution given by them is ips technology the person from samsung who is trying to convince me that its not an issue.. i just asked him what exactly ips tech used for.. no answer from that guy.. this is how samsung is training there service engineers, i really appreciate samsung for this amazing job.. and one more guy is there from chennai his name is sundar kindly dont trust that he will all kind of fake promise and later if you call he wont respond. any how i have lost my money.


My only intention of this complaint is somehow i have lost my money i know its not going to come back atleast you people take care and stay away from this samsung products.
