[Resolved] Samsung India — problem with washing machine | |||
We purchased ww60m204k0s front loading with smart check & touch led panel 6.0kg ww60m204k0s on[protected] at veejay world of electronics, anantapur. From the date of purchase to 3 months it works fine after 3 months we stared facing problems with this product continuously we contacted to the customer care they sent technician, technician solve the issue after that again we faced another issue like this we continuously faced the problems lot of times technicians came and said that some parts are not available we will place order for required parts then we solve the issue. They took more than 70 days to solve the issue. How the samsung is giving authorization to those service centers they even don't know about the product completely. Note : they are not responding properly with the customers and they are behaving rude with customers and more the way they answer is very neglect and very negligence with customers. We are not at all satisfied with this product.in market samsung had very good-wiil, with this type of quality less products samsung will loose the good - will. With in the span of 8 months we faced lot of problems with this product. So please replace the product or refund the amount It occurred on: may 10th, 2018 Replace the product or refund the amount back Yesterday we contacted the supervisor around 5pm through customer care help, supervisor connected conference call to particular service centre they said with two hours technician will come to your house and solve the issue, still no one came and no one responds regarding my issue. The feature of “Find My Mobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.
