My mobile samsung note 5 ime no ([protected] / 01) is have a ping hue on the display and it is developing day by day. so that i visited your authorized service center @ nagercoil, tamilnadu on 15/10/16 and explained the problem to the concern person. i had a great shock that he couldn't ready to listen my words. he replied with out examine the phone properly that it is a physical damage, not able to claim for guarantee. i assured that my phone is not having single scratch or any other physical damage. since my phone is in guarantee period i need a replacement. expecting your kind co-operation. I had send the above mail to customer care but no response till date worst customer service never expect samsung will do this type of cheating Was this information helpful? | |||||
