[Resolved] Samsung India — Product defected from starting as purchased led 48 inches | |||||
Sir i have purchased an led samsung led ua48j5300 from anand electronics kalkaji on 17 dec 2015 invoice no spk 1786 but from starting the panel (screen) started getting black paches from both lower side on complaining samsung they changed the piece that some pieces are alredy defected with the same problem and changed the panel of mine the 5 month of purchsed i told them to change the piece but they said that no problem will appear now but after 11 month the problem is back again they are changing my panel but is the piece defected or the lot of 48 inches is defected as the same problem is coming daily and daily and i have to purchase the extended Was this information helpful? | |||||
