[Resolved]  Samsung India — product issue

I have problem in my fone switch problem in my j7 neo... And i had submit that phone on samsung care and they told me to come within 1 week and 1 month gone they had not solve my problem and not talking in right maner misbehaving with me what i do? Help me
I have bill box paper all things plz help me as i had no any other option available except complaining so i complained
