[Resolved] Samsung India — product part unavailable | |||
Dear sir, we bought a double door fridge, in 2008 and now the mother circuit has blown off, we called the helpline and they sent a technician who has informed that since the fridge is 10 year sold ( and its a top end fridge ) the part is no longer available with the company, i spoke to the company helpline they say we only keep the parts for 5 years and then keep changing the design, ( basically meaning that they will make one small change in a part so that if your existing part gets spoilt you have to throw away the product and buy new ) this is a very common problem with samsung products, it is becoming like a chineese product with branded high costs, please see how this website can help Was this information helpful? | |||
