[Resolved] Samsung India — Product replacement | |||
I have purchased smart TV model: K5570. Because of some internal problem TV is not getting to DTH. This is confirmed by service engineer of Samsung. I have asked the service department to replace TV but they said it is not possible as they don't have the same model TV with them. And they said they will refund the amount that I have paid towards the TV. I accepted for that, but till today I haven't received any amount or any information regarding this.
