I purchased samsung S dous mobile phone on End July 2013. It got defective i.e automatic switch off and hanged up in Aug 2013 it self so i contact samsung customer centre they told me to visit service centre. I gave the phone to the service centre, after one week i got back the phone. Then after One/Two days phone had again same problem. I contacted customer centre they told me visit service centre again. I gave the phone to service centre again after one week i got the phone back. This time they change the Motherboard of the phone. Then after one of trial my phone had same problem with battery also self discharged. This time i told the customer centre to change the phone because it was a defective piece but they told me to visit service centre on once again. i gave that phone to service centre once again this time service centre told me they change the motherboard as well as battery. After one week i got back the phone. Again after one week using the phone had a new problem i.e hanging up and battery self discharged. This time i told service centre to change my phone plz. They directly refuse me and told samsung had not this facility. Please help me to change my phone Was this information helpful? | |||
