Samsung India — Quality of samsung refigerator and its 10 years warranty compressor, model number rt39fdagasl/tl | |||||
I had purchased samsung model double door refrigerator, considering and trusting in samsung, but it is 3 years and i have started facing problem in its cooling. On july 2nd the compressor was replaced only to again get conked off within a month. The cooling has been a very big issue. My repeated calling at the helpline is of no avail as they assure me of sending the engineer who does temporary work and leaves. I have reported this problem repeatedly but the complaint is at it is.
