Since more than 25 days have elapsed from the date of first complaint by email and so many times given a call to customer care but I am yet to receive any communication and today I was shocked when I make a call to customer care and found that my complaint has been closed as according to them it has been resolved. It seems executive are not interested in resolving complaints of a customer. They are simply providing a reference number at the time of complain and after sometime automatically complain get closed without any resolution and that too without any confirmation from a customer.
