Dear team, Till date i have not confirmed about status of my handset. Today when i called your service center somebody mr amit told me that your request is in process and pending for some documents. Please find the attachment of your job sheet from rourkela service center.. Where miss priya written in his own handwritting that she has received... Original bill, id proof xerox, bank pass book xerox... Then what kind of extra documents required again???. Request you, please provide me the concrete result for the same..
