Purchased samsung galaxy j7 - 6 on 15/11/16 but within 25 days after purchase, receiver is malfunctioning.

logded complaint with samsung service centre on 17/12/16 with bill no - [protected], sr no - rz8ha0y5nnk([protected])

reply received from service centre - to wait for 20 days

extreamlely suprised that a standard company set has malfunctioned within 20 days of purchase mover over the local samsung servive centre has no immediate response.

hope my problem is addressed immediiately bearing the reputation of SAMSUNG
