[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigator gasket damage

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++...Samsung refrigerator gasket got damge with in the 2 months of purchase period. When we called dealership they have asked additional 1000 rupees for replacement though it is comes under warranty & later they come down to 677 rupees. Samsung certified dealer has very poor response bokaro and it seems they are fully money minded. Samsung enginner and reliance are fixing the match with customer, how to cheat them for warranty period products. This is something samsung india has to take care and check about the services of
