[Resolved]  Samsung India — Refrigerator

Dear Sir
I am deeply concerned now with the quality of service provided by Samsung now a days while this was one of the strong area of Samsung.

I had raised a complaint (no- [protected]) of very poor cooling in my refrigerator. Service Engineer (Neeraj - [protected]) visited my house and informed me regarding the problem in the filter located above compressor which needs to be replaced and then to refill the gas.
Accordingly he sent his technician on 14th May who did something and raised the bill of Rs 1350 to rectify the problem including Gas filling.
Bill No 3665 attached herewith for your ready ref.

Immediately after his visit, we observed that the cooling has become even worse and all the vegetables & milk kept in the refrigerator became useless within the night after this service.

Again I raised the request and the same person visited my home and without doing anything said to us that the refrigerator is okay - he advised us to switch off the refrigerator in night after 11.00 PM.

Then again I raised the complaint & got a new complaint no - [protected] and that some swas informed that senior engineer will visit this time. Ultimately Neeraj visited again and informed that the gas refilled by the technician is actually less in qty so he will send another technician to refill sufficient gas.

Now even after 10 days, nobody has visited while I had reminded Neeraj 3 times. After-all he informed me that his Supervisor (Abbas - [protected]) is not listening to his request and not sending the technician. He asked me to talk to him directly. I tried to contact him but his phone was coming switched off.

What to do, again I raised the compliant and informed everything on 29th May and got the text msg in mobile for the same person Neeraj who is going to resolve the problem.
As usual nothing has happened in last 3 days ????

This is clear case of humiliation for almost one month

The technician from the company visited within 4 hours of complaint and refilled the gas to improve the cooling of refrigerator. Its now under observation for one week - I hope it will work now !!
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
