Hi,
Even after calling service center so many times from past 4 days for my refrigerator still service engineer has not visited. Looks like even CEO's office is not operational and give false assurances to customers like other departments. It doesn't have any control over its departments.
Even after so many calls, emails still no one has control over what that service engineer is doing where he is visiting and all. Calls and emails include all higher management Branch Head, Inflow manager - Vikram, Manager, Senior Executive - Chetan, Team leader of service engineer - Sukesh(who does not receive calls and doesn't reposnd). As soon as I want to talk to higher management they are not available in offices. I doubt whether managers read their emails or not.
The most surprising thing was even after mentioning number of times about the timing of service engineer's visit (7.30PM) he calls me around 2PM saying that he is visiting now and then when I again took an appointment of 7.30PM for yesterday on call he updates in system with wrong remarks that there was no response from my number. If you want I can get all call details with FIR that I have not received any call from him, clearly he was lying.
I just want to know the role that managers perform and kind of SLA followed for the issues raised by customers.
