My two doors frigde shows over cooling and complaint last week to c. c. no[protected]. on friday 23rd one service engineer (mr sadikh) came here inspect the fridge and told me the Thermostat in the freezer compartment is not functioning and told me he will inform the rate and availability by 3.00pm on the same day, but still the moment nobody contacted me. yesterday again i called your customer care a lady attended me and told immediate action should be taken, but again still this moment nobody contact me.This is too bad.I request the officials to take action the bad service of your people in Kerala.
