From the date of Purchase till date our refrigerator has been attended 6 times by various persons send by samsung India on complain such as Mr. Suraj singh & Mr. Farhan ( Kanpur) & Mr. Vinod ( Lucknow)
The Fridge section either gets extreme chilled and gets frozen or stop cooling, making it a simple almiraha.In both the conditions it spoils all the contents in it
The PCB of the refrigerator has been changed, the problem still exist.Now they say its heaters are not working and are not available at present.
Your company has made the product a simple experimental object, every time they found new part responsible for the problem.
I humbly request you to kindly Refund our amount or replace the same with some other model ASAP.
