I have a samsung refrigerator rt50h5809sl/2014 which got serviced by samsung technician a month back for thermostat. During the process he had broken the glass of one of the shelves during handling. He fixed it on his own but seems to have used substandard glass and it now cracked today This needs to be replaced at company cost very sad service provided Was this information helpful? | |||||
