[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigerator | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Refrigerator Model code RT33JSRFESL/TF on 8th March 2015. From the date of purchase, the lower section of the refrigerator was not giving proper cooling and all the vegetables/other items were getting spoiled. I had raised the matter with the dealer and also with Samsung. So many engineers have visited to rectify the problem but instead of getting it rectified, they have broken the upper (Freezer Section). Then I went to the consumer court and the honorable consumer court has given the instructions to change the parts which are not in proper condition and then again I started getting letters/calls regarding the replacement of the parts. Every time the engineer visited we have been cooperating with them and served them with Cold/Coffee/Tea. But I am surprised to receive a letter from your service desk saying that we are not allowing the engineers to fulfill the compliance.
