[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator | |
Please note that i purchased a refrigerator, ref-sd-125 l to 200 l, samsung rr1915ccasa/192ltr ref, sl no 0837 on[protected]. During defrosting (For taking out raw food ingredients from deep fridge for cooking), the water accumulates in the non-detachable container attached outside the fridge. It is supposed to be evaporated, as told to us during fridge installation, when fridge is re-started & run for quite a long time. But this does not happen & the container has become water reservoir. It has become a ideal place for mosquitoes to increase their nos. I think it's a design fault & some remedial measure (Modification/ rectification/ attachment/ detachment) to be implemented to get rid off the problem. Please treat the issue as a major problem.
