I am a loyal samsung customer and have been using your products for few years now. However recently i am facing trouble with one of my purchases.
I bought samsung refrigerator with following details:
Date of purchase[protected]
Document no[protected]
Ref no - sam-253ltr - rt28k3723ut/h
Dealer - techno kart india ltd, mi road, jaipur

I have been facing major manufacturing defects since the purchase.
- bugs in the fridge... Post cleaning there is relief for 2 days max. Then the problem re occurs
- freezing of fresh fruits and vegetables inspite of keeping fridge on higher temperature
Have raised multiple service requests without any help.

Request you to kindly look into the matter asap. It is increasingly becoming a bad experience for me.

Will appreciate immediate solution to this problem
