Dear sir, Baught a refrigerator one year back (26.1.18) (Noida, india) and in a span of 15 months product has given up. Samsung product quality is not upto mark and breaching confidence in me. Earlier i m having same in problem in mobile.in so small period how a quality product is giving up. Looking for your response in subject. I am having a doubt that product supplied to me was defective or it was not a samsung product. Kindly confirm that: 1. Poduct is original. 2. Defective product sold tome.
