[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator | |||
I bought a rt42fdagap1 refrigerator of samsung just 2 years ago. The cooling was too low for the past few weeks & when i got it checked from the samsung engineer, he told me that the cooling pipes have damaged and the same needs to be replaced & charges of rs 3000 or more will be incurred. I am just wondering howcome the refrigerator is of a brand like samsung can get damaged within 2 years?? Moreover despite having a warranty of 10 years on the compressor, y should i bear the charges. What is the fun of a 10 years warranty on the compressor when the refrigerator is not even working? I have also paid inspection charges to the engineer which otherwise should be free of charge.
