Samsung India — refrigerator | |||
Bought on 27 dec 2015. Stopped working 8 sept 2019. Complaint done 13 sept 2019 Tech came 15 sept 2019. Said part has to be ordered will come in 2 days. I have been following up since but no resolution. 7 oct 2019, now part is not available and fridge cannot be repaired. Samsung is not responsible. There is not going to be any resolution. Techs all have worst manner of speaking. They disconnect the call. Don't answer. I have never faced such horrible service from any other company. I will recommend people never to buy any samsung products if they break samsung is not responsible for its repair. You have to throw away the very expensive product that you have bought. I bought Samsung A50 Mobile on 27/4/2019. Its fast charging facility is no longer available. Please resolve this issue.
