[Resolved]  Samsung India — refrigerator complaint

On 19.04.2018, i had lodged a complaint for repair of my refrigerator vide request no-[protected], your engineer visited & after examining the refrigerator, he said that its gas have to be refilled. For this the charges of rs 1617/=were paid by me as per the demand raised by your engineer. He filled the gas & said that now your refrigerator is ok. When next day in the morning we checked the refrigerators cooling/working, we were shocked to see that it is not cooling properly and is in the same position as it was before filling the gas. We again contacted the same engineer; he visited again and said that your refrigerators pipe has internal leakage so it will not work/cool.
How much trained are your engineers who one day say that after filling gas it will work and the next day say pipe is leaking? What he had checked on the first day or was he doing hit & trial method with refrigerator?
When we demanded refund of money for not resolving our complaint, your engineer said that give me back the original receipt, i will deposit this in company and your money will be refunded. But we were shocked to see that without refunding our money he closed the complaint & denied to refund the amount. I again lodged complaint no-[protected] on 02.05.2018.in response to this your service engineer mr alok contacted me and assured me to resolve the complaint but still i am waiting. Please resolve my complaint or i have to go to consumer court for resolution of my complaint.
