[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator complaints | |||
My refrigerator had problems from the first day itself. Purchased in dec 2012. Few wks back it developed problems & ur company has said that it cant be repaired. All i have to say is a reputed company like yours has cheated me with no satisfactory reply. I hope u, the ceo realises that its our hard earned money that is gone for a lousy product you have supplied. I shall take every effort in future to see that no body whom i know will buy your damn products. Also certain parts of the product are missing when it was returned. I need an explanation as to why this has occurred. Expecting u to have the decency to give me a reply.. Was this information helpful? | |||
