Complaint marked as Resolved I had asked the company to repair my fridge free of cost but they refused. I had to pay money for the repair. I have demanded refund of the repair charges which I have not yet received. I had asked a full report on the reasons for the issue which they have not provided. I have asked for a full refund of my fridge since I do not want a defective item which has not been provided. Also, there are some issues with the fridge again within just one month of repair which proves that there really is a defect in the fridge.
So the complaint is not yet resolved!!!
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
