[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator double door | |
I own almost all the home appliances of Samsung make, but from last 10 days I have been literally taken for a ride for by the service department. I lodge a a complaint regarding non functioning of my refrigerator, a service engineer was deputed he checked and took some part for replacement, after 2 days he came and fixed that part even then the refrigerator didn't work, he told that it's compressor fault and has to be replaced, from then onwards till now, we have been contacting various service centres but all in vain, can Samsung please repair my refrigerator, I am a resident of Navodaya Colony, Mehdipatnam.

I have a one month used Samsung j5 Prime purchased on[protected], and now the phone will switch off when make a call, i given to Samsung service center. Only one think that is very unsatisfactory beehive by the staff.
