[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator french door | |||
I have purchased sam sung refrigerator french door in august 2010. It was working fine with occasional complaints otherwise it was good. Since feb 2017 it started troubling us with unusual temperatures fluctuations like between 3 to 25 at times, we made complaints people came charged visiting charges sensor replacements and other stuff but problem remained the same. I have spent thousands of rupees in their numerous visits. By june i lost patience and asked them to bring somebody who can solve my problem it's now almost two months with many call to local office as well as call center neither they visited nor the problem is solved. Can anybody suggest me what should i do to at least get this to the notice of samsung people. I live in bathinda punjab and unfortunately i'm using every other appliance from samsung only. Since last 5 to 6 days i am taking followup my request ([protected])for installation of Smart TV, remote is also not work properly, HDMI port work properly...
No one is taking this on priority, just giving wrong commitment by your Customer care executive. To much frusted now with this experience.
