Samsung refrigerator - rt47k6358sl, there is ice being formed in the lower portion of fridge right from 1st month, i am frustrated by the pathetic service by samsung and regret going for samsung refrigerators. I want an immediate refund of my money. Below are sequence of events in this case
1) called the customer care in first 2-3 months of purchase, regarding the issue, they suggest turning off the fridge for 8 hours and using it, did that twice with no fix
2) service engineer come home and suggests turning off the fridge for more than 24 hours, did that and the issue reappears within a week
3) after few weeks new service engineer then says it is a known issue with these imported pieces and replaced some pcb and asked to keep it off for 24 hours, did that. Didn't see the issue for 5-6 weeks but the issues started again now.
4) raised issue again now and the new service engineer comes home after more than a week of continuous calling and blames it on the previous service center and just closes the request stating that we requested to come after 8 pm
With all the above sequence of events we have lost the patience and trust on your brand and need immediate full refund of the money. Was this information helpful? |
