[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator issue | |
Sir we bought a samsung fridge but the freezer is cooling heavily and everytime we have to take out the water at the back which is waste of our time and that too sensor was not fixed till date. While other fridge water evaporates this doesn't have the facility which is main drawback. Ice once forms was not melting due to sensor not fixed. Please help to resolve this issue. Apr 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Today one service person from samsung came and told compressor issue.i told we have 10 years warranty for compressor but still he was not agreed and asking for payment. Other company Services are very best compared to samsung. Waste of time and we have to follow up for each and every time Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
