Purchased a samsung 2 door refrigerator model specified in subject.. On 16/02/2016. Not at all satisfied with the performance. Bought the refrigerator thinking that samsung being a reputed company the product may be at par or superior to lg brand, but very disappointed. The refrigerator has stopped cooling twice till date and today also it has stopped cooling. How can a refrigerator having a 10 years warranty conk off like this and if the product is defective the company should replace the refrigerator instead of repairing it again & again. The serial no.
