Purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rr26n373zbs on 25/05/2018 from r. K. Video apsara road jammu. The fridge is defective with dented base. Two engineers visited on our complaint, assured for replacement, but nothing Done so far. The fridge is not stable, remains tilted. It does not stand stable. Each time your engineer visits us, says they have lodged the complaint. We have been waiting for the last 12 days, but in vain. The fridge is risky for us as it may fall down any time. The invoice is attached. The fridge is defective wih dented base. it does not stand erect. It is unstable and stands tilted. two engineers visited on our complaint. They assured the replacement of dented part. we have been waiting for the last 12 days. Nothing has been done so far. this fridge is risky, may fall down and crash anytime. please rectify the defect at your earliest.
