Purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rr26n373zbs on 25/05/2018 from r. K. Video apsara road jammu. The fridge is defective with dented base. Two engineers visited on our complaint, assured for replacement, but nothing Done so far. The fridge is not stable, remains tilted. It does not stand stable. Each time your engineer visits us, says they have lodged the complaint. We have been waiting for the last 12 days, but in vain. The fridge is risky for us as it may fall down any time.
