This is regarding complaint: [protected] which we have reported on 05-Jun-2019. The refrigeratore we bought 11-Dec-2016 model:Samsung RT39K54586 had first reported issue in 5-Dec-2018 since then every month it stops cooling and we have registered about 6 complaints till now. Problem with goods started when it was under 2 yr warranty period (We had bought 1 yr extended warranty from Reliance together with 1 yr company warranty). Every month we have this issue persisitent we have many of their technicians visiting every time and all that they do is refill gas and leave it in working stage for another month.
We are very disappointed with the Samsung Managers and Team leaders who have made false promises when each time we are seeking a permanent solution. They say they have sent the best tech every time and they promise that will resolve the issue but all I see is a labour in rags visiting and refilling gas.
We now seek a replacement of our Refridgerator as it is about 5 days the Fridge is in the facility of Samsung Service Center Kharadi, Pune, MH. I got a latest status update from the service center that they need 48 hrs more to diagnose even the problem. They are just buying time since past 5 days and not providing any commitment on the timelines when they can fix the problem.
During monsoons we do not have an alternative to refrigerate the perishable foods at home, please help us out of this torment. All we want is a Refund or a replacement that too at the ealriest. We cannot be suffering for last 7 months.
