[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigerator not working | |||
Dear Sir, My contact no. +91-[protected] I bought one refrigerator side by side worth Rs. 106000/- in the month of Sep -16. Till date not a single technical person can give me properly DEMO for the said product. And again the same product is not working since last six month, around 8-10 times i called to samsung customer care, dealers and service center and around 2-3 times service center person visited my home even he replaced some parts too but still the refrigerator is not working. Whenever i called to customer care at every time they replied me our executive will visit your place and resolve the same but not resolved after so many visits. The service center person already told that it was not repairable even SAMSUNG not ready to replace and still they are told me to repairing like i bought SECOND HAND product from SAMSUNG by paid full amount of fresh piece.
