[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator not working, poor response | |||
I have 15 months old samsung refrigerator. More than inr 60, 000. It stopped working on 13th july and after that i have been trying to get it repaired with samsung india. I have ben told that its compressor needs to be replaced. The service staff has no clue when the compressor will be replaced. I call up their call center and they have no answer. Nobody picks up the phone and my emails are not getting answered. Online chat is equally pathetic. It has been a pathetic experience with samsung and i am considering a legal action against samsung india. Not sure what is the best way forward for me in this sweltering heat.
