[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigerator - overcooling | |||||
I had purchased refrigerator (Model - 34m3043 s8) dated 11.04.17. The fridge had problem of over cooling at upper section. The bottles catches Ice on it, ice-creme gets very hard like stone to cut also. I had made complain To service center, the person came form company changed fridge pcb. But the problem had not solved yet. Again i made complain & the technician Came 2 time but cant solved the problem & gave unsatisfied answers. The problem has not solved till date in spite of numerous call to various departments. I am not at all satisfied with the service & technicians. I am kindly requesting you to replace my refrigerator with new one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
