[Resolved] Samsung India — Refrigerator RT 77KBSM | |||
My fridge is not working at all and I made a complaint on 28.1.2017 vide complaint number [protected] where upon I was informed that the Engineer will visit my house on 29.1.2017 between 10 am to 6 pm. however no Engineer visited my house on 29.1.2017 so a second complaint was lodged vide complaint number [protected] on 29.1.2017 when I was informed that the executives were not available on 29.1.2017 and ttherefore they told me that the Engineer would visit my house on 30.1.2017 however till this time there is no resolution to my complaint and my food articles are being rotten.
