[Resolved]  Samsung India — Refrigerator RT45H5809SL/TL

Respected sir,
I have been registered a complaint about the refrigerator which is not working properly on 09/06/2017, the request no. Is [protected]. The complaint is that the food and vegetables that we keep in the fridge is getting frozen. The temp. Setting is -20 and 3. I bought this fridge on 20/12/2014. When i register the complaint they told me that i have to pay rs. 575 (500+75). I'm ready to pay the same.
One of the engineer visited my house on 12/6/2017 and ask me to off the fridge for 24 hrs., & i did the same, but still it is showing the same complaint. I call the service center a number of times but no response. I'm not able to use the refrigerator form last month onwards.

Please do the needful.

Today by 12 noon the service engineer came and changed some parts of the refrigerator, now it is completely out of service. my service order [protected]
