Respected sir,
I have been registered a complaint about the refrigerator which is not working properly on 09/06/2017, the request no. Is [protected]. The complaint is that the food and vegetables that we keep in the fridge is getting frozen. The temp. Setting is -20 and 3. I bought this fridge on 20/12/2014. When i register the complaint they told me that i have to pay rs. 575 (500+75). I'm ready to pay the same.
One of the engineer visited my house on 12/6/2017 and ask me to off the fridge for 24 hrs., & i did the same, but still it is showing the same complaint. I call the service center a number of times but no response. I'm not able to use the refrigerator form last month onwards.
Please do the needful.
