I have purchased a sumsung refrigrator from malhotra enterprises, shop no.-8b, 2nd floor, the plaza mall, m. G. Road, gurgoan 122002 on 27/10/2016, invoice no.689 for rs.69500/-. It is samsung double door front end refrigerator model no. Rs55k5010s9. The product was delivered at my rented premises a-62, ground floor, the palladians, sector-47, gurgaon - 122016. The samsung engineer visited next day and immediately pointed out that there was dent on the left top side of the refrigerator, i have called the dealer in front of the engineer the dealer started abusing and refused to change the product, even asked me to contact company people that is samsung. After that i have registered complaint on samsung customer care through complaint number [protected] since till date i have been asked to speak to several people including ms. Aswathi nair (Mail id n12. [protected]@partner. Samsung and talked to her on desk phone no.[protected], she had given me the branch head mr. Rajesh number ([protected] and his desk no [protected]) after repeatedly request him to resolve the issue, he has taken months in telling that “he can’t do anything” and then politely telling me that i should contact dealer /agent. Till this date the samsung people in connivance with dealer cheated me by supplying dented second hand product.
