Dear samsung service, This is to inform you that, i had purchased samsung rt27hdrz esa/tl-01 refrigerator dt.13th dec 2015. But there has created problem in your company refrigerator. So that i lunched compliant to samsung service centre. But i did not respond they very well and not understood our problems by samsung service person. I had repaired my refrigarator 3 times but your service team is not yet solved the problem. I also attached photos that is the proof of the faulty product. My complaint no. S and dates 1..22 july 2016 complaint no.[protected] 2.03 aug 2016 complaint no.[protected] 3.08 aug 2016 complaint no.[protected] 4.24 sept 2016 complaint no.[protected] If your team this time not solve my problem or not provide me any solution then i sue a complaints in consumer court. And my relative works in this organisation. O this is the final request and warning to you plase hepl to me sovle the prob or give replacement of this product.
