[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator service and misbehave by engineer | |||
Your refrigerator product not good. I purchased a refrigerator o[censored]r company dare 4/4/2017 and after 15 days freez not freez ice. And i complaint about this in care again and again but til date my freez not replaced by company because 2 time comprassor changed and 5 time gas fill and so on it s dhokha with customer and today 29/5/2018 engineer visit and says now your freezer system will be change. I hope i purchase new product or 2nd hand refrigerator i made foolish by samsung care and service center. Was this information helpful? | |||
