[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerator/ice mode doesn't seem to be turning off | |||
I have bought a 5 in 1 convertible fridge (2018 model). As per the manual, when i put the freezer to off mode, the ICE making mode is also turned off. But, we removed the cool pack, filled a tray with water and let it be there for 24 hours with the freezer off. In 2 hours the water turned to ice. We have done this excercise 4 times now. Two technicians - one for demo and one for repair are clueless about this product. Customer care also couldn't give me a convincing response. The fridge is less than 15 days old. What should i do?
