[Resolved] Samsung India — refrigerators servicing issue | |||
Dear Sir, I Would like to inform you that I buy Samsung Refrigerators Model no. RT30K3983BZ date on 19/10/2016. But date 19/08/2018 my refrigerators have some issue. I called shop keepers (Where I buy Freeze) and also called to Samsung Company toll free Phone No.[protected]. they registered my complain and second day 20/08/2018 they arranged 1 service engineer to come my home and he checked freeze and said that Its Gas Leakage. same time I paid 1000 Rs. as advance and 600 left. He said that he will be come second day with gas feeing tools. but he never comes. I complained many times to customer care they always replied your issue will be solve with in 24 hours. every day I call him. but they replied same answer.
