I tried to purchase samsung galaxy a7 2018 mobile phone from samsung e-store for rs.26, 990/- on 5.11.2018. Reference no of the transaction is ibibo-[protected]-www.samsung.com/in-1763. transaction was unsuccessful. But the cost of the phone rs.26, 990/- was debited from my bank account (Karur vysya bank) now, i want refund of the amount. I understand that the amount has gone to merchant side. Please initiate refund process and help me get the amount back.
