Dear sir i (Chetan raghav) ordered power samsung power bank 16800 mah having reference no.= [protected] that i received on 2jan 2017 but the product i received is not working properly, not charging the phone and even look like local product. So i request you to please take it back and either refund my cash amount rs 448/- or provide me another product in good condition & quality.
