[Resolved]  Samsung India — Regarding misuse of the name samsung

I am ankush arora from jalandhar week ago i searched a number of samsung service centre and any how i got an number i called on the no pn first ring a lady picks up the ph and tells samsung service centre and asked for the product i have given her all the details she said it will cost u 500 for visting chrgs which is companu policy a person came to my house check the machine and aaid will bring the oarts un morning and will make it done. He took 500 for visting chrges and from 1 week all those are not picking up the phone and today i manage to talk to them and when i said i am going to complaint they said sir its private workshop not samsung dealers i asked that u have first told that we r authorised dealers he said we have to do this for clintage and drop off the phone
Same concered persons details are attatched

Kindly do the possible thing and we all trust your brand and using it for last 20 years if somebody frauds with us on ur name then u should take an action so that brand and image should be maintained
